Any individual 5 years of age and older is eligible for the Covid-19 vaccine. With parental or legal guardian consent, individuals ages 5-17 will be eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is the only COVID-19 vaccine currently authorized for use under age 18. When scheduling for children ages 5-11, please select the PFIZER KIDS Vaccination option.
Please note: Appointments will be made available on a weekly basis. Please do not book more than one appointment for yourself. We will keep working until every person age 5 and older who wants a vaccine receives one.

Appointments will be made available on a weekly basis. Please use the booking tool below to schedule a vaccination appointment through the Youngstown City Health District. If you are unable to use the tool, call our COVID-19 Hotline at (330) 502-4276, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.

Please wear a mask. Please bring a photo ID, insurance cards (if applicable), and your vaccine card if you are getting a booster.
